Joleen Marczak is a Real Estate Agent in the Montevideo, MN area and surrounding towns such as Granite Falls, Madison, Dawson, Appleton, Cottonwood, Clara City, MN.  Joleen Marczak is the youngest of 4 kids having grown up on a farm near Madison, MN, she was born into the life of working hard. She enjoyed their animals from raising feeder cattle, hogs, chickens, geese, rabbits, the family dogs, cats, and a Parakeet named Charlie. Gardening, house projects and taking part in 4-H club and weekly church activities filled in the rest of the down time.

Since Joleen Marczak could drive, she worked. After graduating from LqPV High School, Joleen Marczak attended and graduated with honors from Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall, MN, obtaining degrees in Business Administration Finance and Accounting. During those years Joleen Marczak typically worked not 1, but 2 jobs. After college Joleen Marczak  worked for a Credit Counseling firm near San Diego, CA; and then next 22+ years as an Office Manager for KHC Construction, Inc. , a General Contractor. Joleen Marczka learned the importance of finding resolve to every problem whether with personnel, construction, or business.

It has been instilled in me to avoid the word “Can’t”.

With construction experience and dabbling in buying, fixing & selling her own homes, Joleen Marczak decided to take the leap into real estate in 2020. Being a Real Estate Agent has supplied her with an insight and connection to people. It is so rewarding to help clients move onto the next stages in their life as home ownership is the most valuable asset most have and largest element of change in that process. Joleen Marczak dedicates her office and computer skills, loyalty and work ethic to serve clients so that by closing, they are not only satisfied with the process, but also trust her enough to refer friends and family to Joleen Marczak.

In my free time I enjoy camp fires, lawn work & walks; Cooking, listening to a variety of music & cozying up to our  new lab puppy, looking at Pinterest (home décor) watching “Friends” when weather is cooler. I have many nieces & nephews I babysat, watched grow up & acquired the name Aunt JoJo.
